Letters of Support

As not only a mental health professional but a community member that is still accessing gender affirming surgeries, I am committed to providing high quality, accessible care. I offer gender-affirming care letters of support on a sliding scale ($20 - $200) with limited pro bono ($0) assessments. I do not charge for letter writing time, future addendums for insurance authorization or insurance appeal if needed.

I have extensive experience producing effective Gender Affirming Care Letters of Support for:

• Puberty Blockers

• Hormone Replacement Therapy

• Breast Augmentation

• Chest Masculinization Surgery

• Gender-Affirming Facial Surgery

• Gender-Affirming Body Contouring

• Orchiectomy

• Hysterectomy

• Genital Surgeries, including various configurations of Metoidioplasty, Phalloplasty, Vaginoplasty.

Although on-going therapy is not required to work with me for Letters of Support, I do offer short-term counseling to aid in the decision-making process involved with gender affirming surgeries.
